Easy Like Sunday Morning

Plaid & Pearls

Going to bed in a timely fashion on Saturday is hard…which  makes early rising on Sunday hard.

And yet I always stay up too late and sleep in too long.  Cue, nerves and frenzy!

Also Cue:

Easy to wear dresses/separates.

Great accessories.

Pretty but tasteful makeup that doesn’t require a steady  hand or excessive skill.

I love a dress that can be the base of many outfits.  LOFT makes a nice but simple swing sweater dress.  AND I got all four colors that they had in my size.  It fits the general looks I tend to love:

Laid-back Luxe

Extra with cozy shoes and fabrics…pair with great statement necklaces or cozy scarves and flat OTK.

Future goal items -> cashmere and Lowlands.

Classic with Edge

Classic without the snoring…pair with the studded moto and the Harrow boots…maybe a semi-statement necklace.

Future goals items -> leather moto.

Prim & Prissy

Of late…I really have no use for this look…but perhaps for ushering in early spring when it is still cold…pair with classic black pumps, pearls, quilted chain strap bag, and red nails/lips.

Future goal items -> Chanel Boy 🙂 [insert heart eyed emoji]

Whimsical

Random things worn just because I’m in the mood to wear them…pair with patterned tights, thin belt, coordinating but different scarf, and cute flats.

Future goal items -> fun Kate Spade bag, more fun tights that fit/feel great, red leather flat.
