Row [both or TRX 🙂 ]
It is as taxing as you make it. I did sets in a pyramid (breaking as needed):
Go hard or go home!
Six was hard – I thought about seven…but six was enough this time!
Next time I may try all sets of five. That seems tiring enough to keep up for the majority of a workout!
